1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "er888," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the er888 online gaming platform operating at https://er888.bio and any associated mobile or web applications.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account with er888 or accesses any part of the er888 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration with er888.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds not yet released for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional, welcome, reload, cashback, or referral credits credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, live dealer, slot, and ancillary services provided by er888 through the Platform.
• "Platform" means the er888 website accessible at https://er888.bio, including all sub-pages, games, and features therein.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency of the er888 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures carried out by er888 in accordance with international gaming compliance standards.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the er888 Platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with er888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the er888 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to er888 Services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. er888 does not permit persons under 21 to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of er888 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
4. You may hold only one Account on the er888 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All bets and transactions must be placed using your own funds for your own account.
6. er888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity (passport, CNIC, utility bill, or equivalent) at any time as part of its KYC procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

er888 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to decline any registration application without providing reasons.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. er888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Account security settings.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify er888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• er888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• er888 reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending a security review.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified er888 of a security breach prior to such activity taking place.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to er888 Accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through er888's approved payment channels. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Accepted payment methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency options.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit in your Account dashboard.
• er888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which er888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. Typical processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are usually instant; bank transfers may take up to two business hours.

er888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Failure to provide such documentation may result in funds being held pending review.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement per Account.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by er888's finance team.
3. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of the request.
4. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not form part of the withdrawable Balance.
5. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.
6. er888 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal request where additional verification is required, or where the Account is under review for suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

er888 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with er888. Players who have previously been found to have abused promotional offers are ineligible.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any given time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds that have not had wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using Bonus Funds is capped as specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other Players, or staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and potential Account closure.

er888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by Players at the time of modification.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the er888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event, as displayed within the relevant game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. er888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• er888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error in odds has occurred, including situations where the stated odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, er888's records and the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport shall be conclusive.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• er888 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or payout available to any Player at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or restricted at any time during an event without prior notice.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, international tests, and ODI markets — er888's in-play rules govern the treatment of bets placed during rain delays, abandoned matches, reduced-over formats, and DLS-method outcomes. 9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

er888 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any conduct that compromises the integrity of the Platform or the fairness of the gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in games or betting systems. Any such exploitation must be reported to er888 immediately; failure to report constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with events offered on the er888 Platform.
• Using the er888 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Creating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of a third party.

Where er888 reasonably suspects a breach of this section, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold any Balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities. er888's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred shall be final.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the er888 Platform — including but not limited to the er888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of er888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from er888.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use er888 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by er888.

Any unauthorised use of er888's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11 Privacy & Data

er888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data (name, date of birth, contact information, CNIC) for identity verification and KYC compliance.
• Processing of transactional data (deposit and withdrawal history, betting records) for account management and fraud prevention.
• Use of cookies and analytics tools to improve Platform performance and user experience.
• Retention of data for the periods required under applicable international gaming regulatory standards.

er888 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be disclosed to payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or our licensing obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

er888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The following provisions apply to all Players:

• Age Restriction: The er888 Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and over. If you are under 21, you must not register or use the Platform.
• Self-Assessment: Players are encouraged to periodically assess their gaming behaviour. Tools and resources are available on er888's Responsible Gaming page.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account dashboard at any time. Once set, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: You may set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out and prompted to review your activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break may apply for a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: er888 displays periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of time spent on the Platform during a session.

If you believe gambling is causing you harm, we strongly urge you to use er888's self-exclusion tools and seek support from professional responsible gaming organisations. Your wellbeing matters more to us than your wagering activity.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, er888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, system outages, or technical failures beyond er888's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of odds, game results, or event information displayed on the Platform.

In any event, er888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

er888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, er888 will provide notice to affected Players via email or a prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, with any real-money Balance returned to you in accordance with these Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international online gaming licence standards under which er888 operates.

In the event of a dispute between er888 and a Player, the following resolution process shall apply:

1. Internal Resolution: The Player must first submit a formal complaint to er888's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. er888 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within seven business days.
2. Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with er888's resolution, the matter may be escalated in accordance with er888's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available upon request from the support team.
3. Final Determination: er888's decisions regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, and technical disputes shall be final and binding in the absence of demonstrable error.
